  • Shipping Policies:

    The main courier delivery used by KO AI SDN. BHD. is by J&T , DHL and POSLAJU. We will make sure your orders ship out latest by next day after your purchase,
    Sunday to Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm
    Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be shipped on the following Sunday.

    Courier service is handled by our appointed logistic partners. This service will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will take about 2-3 working days to Peninsular Malaysia, and 5 to 7 working days to Sabah & Sarawak.

  • Return Policies:

    STRICTLY NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS NOT PURCHASED ON JENNYHOUSE MALAYSIA WEBSITE and/ or our authorized distributor of KO AI SDN. BHD. Product(s) can be exchanged ONLY IF THE PRODUCT(s) ARE WRONG OR DAMAGED provided that the product(s) is its new and original condition, original product packaging (sealed and unbroken), attached with its original price tags and labels within 3 days. If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount for exchange purposes will be based on the new amount that you have paid. Delivery charges that were paid during the initial order are not eligible for any refund. KO AI SDN. BHD. reserves the right to deny any exchange if the product(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements as stated above.

    3. Return the item you wish to exchange via post to the address below

    Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your exchange to be processed after we received the item(s). Exchange will be made to your original mode of payment if the returned item(s) met the Return Policy requirements above.
